In a secluded position, some 200 metres from the road, reached by its own private drive, Hook Norton Barn offers outstanding views, seclusion and privacy yet isn't far from the local community. A short drive or walk to the village of Hook Norton, steeped in history, known for being rich in ironstone, from this the renowned Hook Norton Brewery was founded. Three of the Hook Norton pubs are still thriving in the village with The Gate Hangs High just a short walk from Hook Norton Barn. There is the Malthouse Kitchen cafe at the Brewery too.

Hook Norton is centrally located, an ideal base to explore many places and attractions, on the doorstep many local country walks and places to eat; and within easy reach of well-known tourist destinations such as: Chipping Norton, Stow-on-the-Wold, Stratford-on-Avon, Burford and Bicester Village. With good rail and road links from Banbury: town and cities including Leamington Spa, Birmingham and London are within easy reach too. Facilities are also available should you wish to arrive by helicopter.

Hook Norton Barn is in a peaceful and quiet location where you can watch pheasants, hares and the occasional deer. It was tempting to stay in the Barn all day and drink tea on the sunny patio but we explored the Cotswolds as the weather was so beautiful. We had a wonderful holiday with the kindest and most thoughtful hosts.  5 ⭐️Luxury!'
